Abstract

This article deals with a systemic perspective in the context of the Criminal Mediation implementation under the Law 3500/2006 to address domestic violence. The integration process and systemic interventions in the criminal mediation treatment program are described, as is the case of Attica’s National Center for Social Solidarity (EKKA). At the end of the article, double binds that the therapist confronts during the process of the therapeutic program of mediation are discussed.
