Abstract
The Reflective Praxis is a method of dealing with problematic situations at school (Kotsakis et al., 2010). It is called Reflective Praxis, because the attempted treatment presupposes the participation of the teacher1 in reflective discussions of a group that has been made for this purpose, the Reflective Praxis Group. The Group has not met the students involved in the problematic situations, they are known through the teacher's descriptions. The Reflective Praxis adopts the perspective of relationships and addresses the problems in the context in which they are presented. It aims to use all the possibilities that this perspective opens for changes at the school level, through the privileged path that the teacher constitutes.
