Abstract
This article presents a clinical case study about a secret parents kept unsaid for a long time, until their daughter’s symptomatic behaviour sparked off the disclosure of a terrifying and traumatic story.
Issues concerning the transmission and disclosure of secrets among parents and children are discussed.
